Your authentic fur garment is a lifetime investment. Following these simple care steps will ensure its beauty and longevity.
Initial Care Upon Receipt
Upon receiving your fur, please carefully remove it from the packaging. It is normal to observe loose particles or minor shedding; this is completely standard for 100% authentic, natural fur. Gently hang your fur for 24–72 hours in an open area, ensuring it does not touch other garments.
Critical Care Warnings
🚫 DO NOT COMB: The fur is not hair. Avoid using hair combs or finger combing, as this can damage the pelt and fibers.
🚫 DO NOT SPRAY: Keep all cosmetics, hairsprays, and perfumes away from your fur. These products can dry out the pelt and leave permanent residue.
Cleaning and Drying
AIR STEAM ONLY (If Wet): If your fur gets damp (e.g., from rain or washing hands), do not use a hairdryer or comb it. Gently shake the fur and use an air steamer to dry it, if necessary.
DRY CLEAN ONLY: We strongly recommend taking your fur to a professional furrier cleaner for conditioning and cleaning. This prevents matting, tangles, and removes dust and oils, preserving a refreshing look.
PATTED HANGERS ARE ESSENTIAL: Always store your fur on a patted hanger (never wire). Padded hangers promote air circulation, which is necessary for the fur's interior health while stored.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS REQUIRED: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping and return costs. We cannot reship the item.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: Once the courier marks the package as "delivered," Pryncess Furs is unable to issue a refund, exchange, or credit, even if the customer claims non-receipt. PLEASE TRACK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.
